About Us

Our founder, Mark Sargent, graduated from Bellarmine High School and St. Mary’s College. He is also a very active member of his local community.

Mark became an entrepreneur and started his own business, Bright Ideas Design Center, in May 1995. When he recognized that there was a need for shade in the backyards of the homes in his local community, he improved his bright idea to meet those demands. With more than 25 years of experience, Mark is well qualified to provide you with the best customer service possible.
